Now this is a TV movie. By astonishing synchronicity, I saw this feature advertised as a for-sale DVD the very same night in Previews magazine. Shocking.
The Story:
It’s the R-Rated Adventures in Babysitting. Also known as While The Children Sleep… Only in America.
The Good:
Death By Stereo, in a bath, naturally. Like One Crazy Summer. Lots of improbable slips, trips & falls: a health and safety nightmare, one that will do the sitter no good at all vis-à-vis references.
The Bad:
No Rebecca de Mornay. No Elizabeth Shue.
The Verdict:
2 Pigs.
I gave up with 7 minutes to go.
